Prices and Availability

Your Inn Rental Price will include

Full use of the Inn and all guest rooms and public rooms
Except the Kitchen (The Chef's Domain) and the Laundry (you don't want to go there!)
A beautiful breakfast served each morning
A Picnic lunch on Wedding Day for 2 night packages only. An additional charge of $15.00 per person for 1 night weddings or should your require it on the day of departure also.
A Staff member on hand throughout Wedding Day, specifically for Coordination of the Day's Events
Includes A valuable list of contacts to assist you with choosing the professionals and details of your wedding ceremony and celebration event. Each professional has had a close working relationship with the staff of A Bear & Bison and has proven consistently great results.
Full Wedding Planner Service – available at additional cost of $1000.00

Weekend Prices are assuming a 2 night package
- more than 2 nights ~ add $2,885.00 per day high season (June through September) and $1,880.00 per day during Off Season (October through May)

The costs quoted above are payable to A Bear & Bison Country Inn. The total bill is the responsibility of the Bride & Groom, however if you are planning to ask your guests to contribute to the cost of Rooms or food etc. please let us know how the collection of their contribution would be best arranged for ease and convenience to everyone.

After our initial consultation we will provide an estimate total cost of your wedding weekend with all items known to date. If you have any questions please ask.

As a budget Guideline you may wish to think about approximate costs involved with other important aspects of the Wedding Day. If we are arranging these items as part of the Full Wedding Planner package we can add them on to your bill with us, otherwise you will be required to settle them yourselves with the vendors.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the Inn for your Exclusive Wedding Weekend reservation.

Wedding Planner Fees (if applicable) are required prior to the commencement of the planning process.

The final estimate will be sent as soon as full details have been discussed and menus have been chosen. This amount will be due 30 days prior to the wedding date.

The final total cost of the wedding will not be known until the final morning due to inventory of mini-bar fridges and bar service, however this is usually an incidental amount and can be settled or refunded upon check out.

Tourism Levy 4% and GST 5% is in addition to the above prices. The 5% GST can be reclaimed by visitors to Canada. All prices are subject to change without notice. Please request confirmation of your rate upon reservation enquiry. Sometimes our website information is used by unauthorized advertisers who have not kept the information current.
