• Accommodation ~ assisting you to allocate the rooms to your guests in accordance with their needs.

• Food & Beverage ~ choosing menus for Breakfasts, Picnic lunch, Wedding Dinner, Cheese & Wine Party, Wedding Day ~ liaising with any guests who have special dietary concerns.

• Coordination of Inn decorating

• Gazebo or Chapel Set up if this option is booked.

• Meeting your service providers at the Inn and making sure events happen on time.

• Providing an itinerary for your guests to view upon arrival to make sure they all know where to be and when.

• Providing a list of pre-approved local service providers so you can proceed with additional service arrangements with confidence by yourselves to keep costs down.

Cost is included when guests have Exclusive Inn Rental & also for the Elopement Package

• Marriage Commissioner ~ finding the person to suit your needs, coordination

• Photographer ~ finding the person to suit your needs, coordination

• Music ~ finding the musician or music to suit your needs, coordination

• Flowers ~ ordering and delivery of your bouquets, boutonnières, corsage, table decorations and chapel flowers, coordination with florist.

• Table plan with cards if necessary

• Spa Treatments ~ arranging treatments as directed by Bride & Groom

• Special Services ~ outdoor activities, restaurants, golf, skiing etc.

• Overall Supervision of the Wedding day Events
