$595.00 Photographic Package ~ 2 rolls of 35mm film, proof album and negatives. Ceremony plus 2 scenic locations. CD with all prints can be added for extra $100.00
$795.00 Videography Package ~ will capture the ceremony from beginning to end, with editing as necessary to give you the perfect memory of a once in a lifetime day.
$100.00 Witness ~ Two witness are required by Alberta Law. If you are using a photographer or Videographer, he/she can be the 1st witness. If you do not have the 2nd witness on hand we can arrange a wonderful witness for a $100.00 fee.
$250.00 Lake Louise or Lake Moraine ~ weddings at these locations will have an additional charge to cover the traveling time for the marriage commissioners.
$500.00 Winter or Summer Gazebo Wedding onsite at A Bear & Bison Inn ~ this option can only be included if any you and any additional guests are staying at the Inn.
$100.00 Bad Weather Option ~ should you be unable to have your ceremony outside due to surprise weather changes we can rearrange the furnishings in the Inn to accommodate the ceremony.

Q: Can we include guests at our wedding ceremony?
A: Yes ~ if you have friends or family that wish to share this time with you we would be delighted to include them in the above Elopement wedding package for the cost of our regular room accommodation rates.

As the Group grows, items to consider are:

  • Wedding cake
 Larger Wedding Cake ~ per person additional cost of $7.00
  • Dinner Credit
 Your package credit is $120.00. We can make a reservation for a larger group and you can pay the difference at the restaurant on the day.
  • Flowers, Spa services, Hair services
 Flowers, Spa services, Hair services ~ to make additional arrangements for your guests linked with the wedding arrangements we add a 15% service charge to the service provider’s end cost. This covers the extra work of our in house wedding coordinator.

Q: Can we have our Wedding Dinner at A Bear & Bison Inn?
A: This package is designed for smaller groups so there will be other visitors at the Inn on your wedding day. For this reason we do not offer a dinner reception at the Inn for our Elopement packages. We provide wedding reception services only to our Exclusive Inn rental group packages.

Q: Can we hold our Wedding Ceremony at A Bear & Bison Inn?
A: This package has been designed for off site Wedding Ceremonies ~ as your group will be small it is likely that there will be other guests at the Inn. So for your privacy and their comfort we will suggest several beautiful outdoor locations to choose from. However if you have other guests that are staying at the Inn with you, you may wish to consider our outdoor Garden gazebo for either a Summer afternoon or Winter evening wedding.

$500.00 Winter or Summer Gazebo Wedding onsite at A Bear & Bison Inn ~ this option can only be included if you and all additional guests are staying at the Inn.

Q: How do we arrange a marriage license?

A: You are required to provide your own Alberta Marriage License. You may apply for the marriage license online direct with the Banff Bureau Office at http://www.banffbureau.com/bureau/marriage.htm
