Four Course Dinner with Coffee service

$53.50 per person plus 5% GST, based on one item from each course, for
the entire group.
The idea for this menu came from the frequently made
comment; “We would rather avoid the traditional dinner, as our group
would benefit more from a casual mingling experience”
(Seating will be provided, for a portion of the guests.
With people having a seat, going and getting a drink, then becoming
involved in a new conversation across the room with someone new)
We created this also to accommodate larger groups indoors with “a night
of social mingling”, so that everyone gets to talk in a relaxed way with
everyone.

Notes from the Chef:
We created this menu to accommodate larger groups outside
the Inn. This cocktail party style of service allows for a more flexible
dining schedule and does not require that formal tables are set,
although there will be several setup (3-4). Seating will also be
provided in the form of coffee table groups with wicker sofas and arm
chairs etc.
Our concept
To create an outdoor living room for after the
ceremony, this will increase movement and avoid the old “Stuck
across the table from .... all night” Some will be standing at
the bar for conversation and beverage, others wandering off to
the table area.
Kids can eat and run, “so to speak”
The idea being “a night of social mingling”,
so that everyone gets to talk in a relaxed way with old family members
and new friends.
This menu will be billed at $58.75 plus all applicable
taxes and Gratuities at 15%
This menu is offered to give you and your guests options for in
between meal times or for those late night munchies!
Please give us at least 3 days notice prior to your arrival to prepare
your choices.
